Tutorial: Creating an eTwinning Online Event

The eTwinning Live Platform allows eTwinners to create their own on-site or online webinars. An event can be anything from a a training session, a project presentation, partner finding session, or even just a video-conferencing session for your classroom and your partners.

Online Events held on the eTwinning Platform are safe (meaning you can restrict access), can hold up to 100 participants and furthermore, the session can be recorded and shared with others.

Launch of eTwinning Malta’s Educators’ Group

The eTwinning National Support Service is pleased to launch the new online group, eTwinning Malta Educators’ Group. The aim of this group is to bring together Educators from Malta and Gozo – Teachers, LSA’s, Kindergarten Assistants and members of the Senior Management Team in Schools – to learn together and from each other by sharing ideas and experiences of their daily classroom activities.

eTwinning Online Training – Term 2/2016

Screen Shot 2016-01-13 at 12.58.28The eTwinning National Support Service is pleased to publish the schedule for online training sessions planned for the second term of the scholastic year. The training, which will be held in February/March 2016, will be open to Maltese and Gozitan Educators (Teachers, Kindergarten Assistants, Learning Support Assistants and members of the Senior Management Teams in Schools) as well as educators hailing from eTwinning Plus Countries. These include Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine and Tunisia. Thus, these online sessions will not only provide practical and invaluable insights on the various aspects of eTwinning and Online Collaborative Projects, but they will also help Maltese participants to become acquainted with other Educators across Europe and beyond.

Malta Awarded 24 eTwinning European Quality Labels

Malta has been awarded 24 eTwinning European Quality Labels for the teachers’ outstanding work in eTwinning Projects during the past scholastic year.  After two or more partners have been awarded the eTwinning National Quality Label, the project is automatically assigned a European Quality label from the Central Support Services.
